كيف نصنف الأدلة

كل ادعاء في هذا الموقع يحمل أحد خمسة تصنيفات. إليك بالضبط ما يعنيه كل منها.

  • دليل قوي

    توافق تنظيمي أو متعدد الدراسات وراسخ.

  • دليل ناشئ

    إشارة حقيقية، لكنها مثيرة للجدل أو غير حاسمة بعد.

  • دليل ضعيف

    أدلة محدودة أو غير مباشرة، أو أرقام المانشيتات مبالغ فيها.

  • غير مثبت

    مقبول منطقياً، لكن لا يوجد دليل بشري داعم.

  • مدحوض

    ادعاء شائع تتناقض معه الأدلة.

مبادئنا

  • نفصل بين جسيمات البلاستيك والمواد الكيميائية المرتبطة بالبلاستيك، إذ لديهما أدلة مختلفة جداً.
  • الاكتشاف ليس ضرراً. العثور على جسيمات في الجسم لا يساوي إثبات أنها تسبب المرض.
  • نستشهد بالأبحاث الأولية والجهات التنظيمية، ونشير إلى الأرقام الشائعة التي لا تصمد.
  • هذا تثقيف، وليس نصيحة طبية.
